Position Level Manager Requirements Must Have: Proven experience in e-commerce / DTC environments Strong expertise in Facebook or TikTok advertising Experience working with live selling, influencers, or KOL/KOCs Demonstrated ability to scale campaigns profitably Strong Advantage If You: Have built or managed TikTok Live teams Have scaled a product from RM50K to RM500K+ per month Understand Malaysian consumer behavior and buying psychology Responsibilities Performance Marketing (Revenue-Focused) Plan, execute, and scale Facebook & TikTok ad campaigns Optimize for ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates Continuously test creatives, hooks, and funnels to drive performance Social Commerce (Critical Focus) Recruit, train, and manage TikTok Live / Shopee Live hosts Build and lead a high-performing live selling team Develop scripts and frameworks to improve live conversion rates Turn live sessions into consistent daily revenue channels Sales Activation & Campaign Execution Launch high-converting offers, bundles, and urgency-driven campaigns Develop product positioning strategies that drive conversions Execute campaigns to generate revenue spikes during key periods Team Building & Leadership Hire and manage: Content creators Live hosts (KOLs/KOCs) Performance marketers Build a lean, agile, and high-performance team Analytics & Scaling Track and optimize key metrics: ROAS CAC Conversion rates Identify winning strategies and scale aggressively Qualification Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree
